Creator Soul is a badge system that reflects your growth as a KRAFTON Creator. There are five levels: Ember → Wisp → Spirit → Ascended Spirit → Mythic Soul. All creators start at Ember when their KCN account is activated.
Each level has specific conditions to fulfill (e.g., reaching a cumulative number of active supporters, completing payout setup, subscribing to the newsletter). When you meet a condition, you earn a Soul Gem. You must manually claim each Soul Gem by clicking the "Claim" button on the Dashboard. Once you collect all the Gems required for a level, the corresponding badge is automatically unlocked and added to your Badge Gallery.
Most Soul Gems remain claimable once the condition is met. However, two types of conditions — primary platform follower count and consecutive payout history — may revert to unclaimable if you no longer meet the threshold before claiming. Once a Gem is claimed, it is permanently yours regardless of future changes.
All unlocked badges are permanent and will not be revoked even if your metrics change later. You can download any unlocked badge as a .png file from the Badge Gallery.
