Your membership in the KRAFTON Creator Network may be terminated either if you request to leave the program, or if KRAFTON decides to remove you based on repeated or serious violations, or other reasons at its discretion.
When your membership is terminated, your Creator Account and Creator Code will be permanently deleted, and you will lose access to all KCN features. In most cases, any eligible balance will be processed as a final payout.
However, payouts may be forfeited if your termination is due to a violation of the Terms of Service, or if you agree to waive your payout when requesting to leave the program.
To leave the program, sign into the KCN portal, go to the My Profile page, and submit a membership termination request.
