Your eligibility requirements must be met at all times while maintaining your membership in this program. The KRAFTON Creator Network will conduct random checks on your social accounts, including follower count, viewership, and the content of your videos, to ensure you continue to meet the program’s requirements. If your eligibility changes such that you no longer meet the requirements, your membership in the KRAFTON Creator Network will be placed on hold, and your KRAFTON Creator Code will be deactivated.
- For example, if none of your connected social media channels have at least 1,000 followers, your Creator Code will be temporarily deactivated, and you will be notified via email.
- If you restore your eligibility on a qualifying social media channel within 14 days, your Creator Code will be automatically reactivated.
- If your eligibility is not restored within this period, your Creator Code will remain deactivated, and your primary social account will be disconnected until you manually reconnect a valid channel through the KRAFTON Creator Portal.
