KRAFTON reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time for any reason, without disclosing specific details regarding the cancellation. In the event of cancellation, the final amount in your account up to that moment will be paid out to you as a final payment, and your account will be canceled immediately.
You may appeal the decision only by using the following format and sending it via email to: appeal_for_kcn@krafton.com. Please note that the normal customer support line will not be able to assist with resolving cancellations.
