To ensure account security and efficient payout processing, KRAFTON Creator Network has an official partnership with Hyperwallet as the official payment processing partner,
If your application review is still in progress, please visit the Hyperwallet Pay Portal to verify that the following required information has been fully submitted:
- Hyperwallet account setup: Create and configure your account at Hyperwallet PayPortal
- Payee verification: Submit the required identity documents
- Tax verification: Complete and submit the applicable tax form (W-8BEN for non-U.S. creators, or W-9 for U.S. creators)
Important: Both payee verification AND tax verification must be completed. Many applications remain stuck because only one of the two steps has been finished. Please ensure both are complete before expecting approval.
Please note that you must complete your Hyperwallet account setup within 90 days of completing your KCN registration at the Creator Portal. After this period, your application will be reset, including any Creator Code you reserved during registration.
