There are several common reasons why a creator code may not work. Please check the following:
- Hyperwallet verification is not fully complete
Your creator code will not be active until both your Payee Verification and Tax Verification are complete in the Hyperwallet Pay Portal. Even if you have completed one, the code will remain inactive until both steps are done. Please log in to Hyperwallet PayPortal to confirm both steps are finished.
2. You have not opted in to an active campaign
Your creator code can only be used by supporters for games where you have joined an active campaign. Go to the Campaigns page in the Creator Portal, find the relevant game campaign, and click "Join Now" to opt in. Without opting in, your code will not be searchable for that game.
3. Campaign is not available in your region
Some campaigns have regional restrictions based on the creator's registered region. For example, the PUBG campaign is currently not available for creators in all regions (including India, China, Vietnam, and Turkey). If you are in a restricted region, your code will not be active for that specific campaign.
Additionally, we also kindly ask you to guide your supporters to ensure they enter your KRAFTON Creator Code correctly in-game.
